Another painting in my series of gum leaves painted on linen, featuring a table tablecloth and vase. As I painted this piece, the blue wrens outside my studio were enjoying a very boisterous conversation. Pure joy!
 
Overall this is a small painting with plenty to look at - the colours are both earthy and cheerful.
 
The linen has been primed in transparent sealer and is the perfect background, revealing its beautiful natural weave. The tablecloth pattern finishes at a very neat line just over the edges.
 
I have included photos of this artwork installed into a room with furniture. In situ photos were created using various apps and may not be perfectly to scale but should give you an idea of how your beautiful new artwork might look. I have also included photos which feature my studio and its garden, which provides endless inspiration for my work.
